Biography: Hugh Laurie, (born in Oxford 11 June 1959) is an English actor, comedian, writer, musician, singer and director. He first became known as one half of the Fry and Laurie double act. From 2004 to 2012 he played Dr. Gregory House, the protagonist of "House M.D." (TV-series).
Laurieīs first CD-album, Let Them Talk was released in may 2011. It consists of classic blues songs, some are collaborations with well-known artists such as Irma Thomas and Dr. John, and features horn arrangements by Allen Toussaint. Laurie plays piano and guitar on the album in addition to providing lead vocals. (Wikipedia)
